Going from a world of systems into a world of freedom where you have options and choices comes with its own challenges. Balancing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle wins the cake on this one though. As success grows your way, you need to really be disciplined in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Money will always come and go, but life, life comes once and you want to make sure you maximize on all levels as a healthy and mentally strong Entrepreneur.

Here are my 8 Basic Fundamentals on how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle as a new or experienced Entrepreneur:

 

⦁ WAKE UP EARLY!

The man on the $100 US Dollar Bill said it right! Those who wake up early are ahead of the hypocrites. Each day you become more disciplined with your schedule to wake up early, you are planning the day the night before for the following morning. When you plan, you should make goals, and with each goal will follow your activities, and land you into a habit of achieving RESULTS every single day.

 

⦁ Make GREAT Intentions

 

Many people overlook knowing that they have the POWER to make intentions. If you dig deeper this is actually an underlying factor in the development of human psyche. As human beings our real “control” we have is only within ourselves, which begins with having a pure intention. If you have good pure intentions, good works will follow, and if you have poor intentions, poor work will follow. This follows the rules in Law of Attraction.

 

Every morning you wake up make good and powerful intentions to help you further your steps to the goals and dreams you wish to achieve and all the right energies will flow to where you intend to place them.

 

⦁ Hydrate

Did you know about 60% of your body is made of water?

 

When you take care of your bodily needs first your mind and body will perform more effectively. Stay ahead of the game and keep this rule of thumb in mind – drink at least one full glass of water upon awakening. I usually do this after I perform my morning prayer (good intentions and works), then I down a nice glass of cool water for hydration. Remember that your organs are working 24/7 and when your body is at rest (sleeping) everything in your fresh tank has been absorbed so you want to make sure you hydrate and nourish your body with the purest fluids and there is nothing more fresh than water.

 

⦁ Stretch

 

This requires a boat load of patience if you haven’t been a person who stretches in the morning. Let’s get you 10-steps ahead of the game when it comes to your body and mind by getting you more improved circulation and increased energy levels. Stretching in the morning helps to increase the blood flow to your muscles. More blood in your muscles means more energy in the morning. Stretching also increases blood flow to your brain and sharpens your concentration. Boost your morning mood, mindset, and energy levels by engaging in daily stretch activities.

⦁ Diet | Eat Right

Diet - Eat Right

Is it the same thing? To some it is and to many it may not be, but it doesn’t matter! What matters is this, if you know you shouldn’t be eating that donut or pizza, and you know what is good and bad for you, then you know the right choices you need to make. Especially as an Entrepreneur, you need to make sure you do not skip in adopting the discipline and the understanding in the importance of taking in good nutrition filled with good energy and good vitamins. Keep in mind this is your fuel, what your body and mind will run on throughout the day and the results will be in your body and behavior of how you feel and get through the day.

 

⦁ Workout Routine

Working out is only part of the puzzle when it comes to balancing your lifestyle in the Entrepreneur world. It’s difficult when you’re your own boss so you tend to cross the lines where its made possible. I mean why else would you be an Entrepreneur?
Look it’s really simple, you can go to the gym daily, but if you’re not following some sort of routine which is goal-oriented to meet some type of results, then your just getting through the workout, you’re actually not into the workout and focused on achieving a specific measurable result. It’s really important that you invest your time, energy, and money into a fitness routine that works best for you. Personally, I like 90-day programs because it takes an average person about 40 days to build a new habit, and once you reach a new habit the rest of the 50 odd days left in a 90-day program can let you exercise your new skills and strength that you learnt and earned from the program.

 

⦁ Extracurricular Activities

It’s all about balancing your body and mind. Everyday I highly recommend you engage in some sort of new context, whether if it’s a lecture on Youtube, Podcast, Audible, or reading a book to help advance your vocabulary, increase information retention, and exercise your knowledge. It’s extremely important to engage yourself in activities that not only make you have patience in order for you to absorb new things that you normally don’t do, while at the same time this is the ingredient that will help you further in personal development as an Entrepreneur learning on your own. Good habit = Progressive Results!

 

⦁ Pace yourself and Experience some kick-back time

Just as important it is for you to achieve your goals, it’s even more important for you to make time for yourself and take a moment to just appreciate where you are. Even if you are not in a city like Miami Beach or have access to any vacation spots, you can still find ways to appreciate and enjoy your free “getaways”.
Simple things like taking a hike or a walk in the park, having a picnic, going to the local museum, or riding a bike. The activities you do outside of the Entrepreneur mindset will help you recalibrate and kick start your lifestyle by catching a breather to understand your current situation. Always appreciate how far you’ve come and plan big things on how far you can go. You are LIMITLESS! #WolfMindset
